A redolent spice mix for vegetables in Maharashtrian red gravy
Ingredients Required:-
75g Cauliflower, cut into florets
75g Green peas
1 medium carrot, cut into cubes
1 medium potato, cut into cubes
2 medium/ 100g tomato purée
80g Suhana Veg Kolhapuri Mix
4 tbsp oil
2 ½ cup/ 500ml water
How To Cook:-
Blanch all the cut vegetables for 2-3 minutes
Make a paste of Suhana Veg Kolhapuri Mix with ½ cup of water
Heat oil in a pan, add tomato purée, and cook till the oil oozes out
Add paste, vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes
Add water and cook till the gravy thickens
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
