In clinical studies testing the balance of seniors and athletes, the unique outsoles were found to help stabilize each step while distributing weight better than standard footwear. The non-skid outsoles contain three zones; the back which prevents your heel from striking the ground too hard, the middle which employs arch support and side bands to improve balance, and a curved front that helps one easily push-off the ground.
